An official copy of any Conemaugh Township Zoning Ordinance ARTICLE XIII - VALIDITY REWRITTEN AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCES 413, 414, 423, 442, 443, 555, 557, 560, 569, 569A, 582, 583, 593, AND 594, AND AS ACCEPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON SEPTEMBER 12, 1995 AND THE SUPERVISORS ON SEPTEMBER 14, 1995.
1301 Should any article or section or any provisions
of this Ordinance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction
to be invalid, that decision shall not affect the validity of
the Ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the
part so declared to be invalid, the Township Supervisors hereby
declaring that it would have passed those parts of this Ordinance
which are valid, and omitted any parts which may be unconstitutional
or otherwise invalid if it had known that such parts were invalid
at the time of the adoption of this Ordinance.
WHEN EFFECTIVE This Ordinance shall be in full force and become effective immediately upon passage as provided by Law. Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 14th day of September 1995. Larry D. Zimmerman, Chairman Robert M. Rouser, Vice-Chairman Albert E. Zuccolotto, Secretary-Treasurer
